(1) Increase Depth:
(a) Sel Corect quantity of items to retailer/ wholesaler (Work on Mini-Max)
(b) Introduce more sku's to existing customers
(c) Do good in store merchandising
(d) Give consumer offers
(e) Design special incentive plan for Sales Team
(f) Respond on market feedback for existing products.
(g) Do SWOT Analysis for your products vis a vis competitor products.
(2) Increase Width
(a) Open new stores with the help of existing offers
(b) If required, re-shuffle and appoint more field team
(c) Appoint new distributor for beter distribution
(d) Open/Start new towns / market
(e) Find more channels to sell products
(f) Launch new innovative products.
