9*2.54=22.8
18*2.54=45.72
45*30.48=1371.6

So total weight of RCC = 0.228*0.4572*13.716*2500=3574.44kg

But practically depth of beam is wrong because minimum depth for light loaded beam will be span/21 so 13.71/21=65cm
