What happens if we access a website that has cookies once the browser cookies are disabled?Does the website will be accessed?Though accessed, does the session will be tracked?

Once the cookies are deleted , session will not be tacked or available. so use will not have access to website ie; if user is logged in and then the cookies are deleted,user will be logged off from account/website and usually redirected to un authenticated home page.
