When talking about where an instrument is mounted: Elevated is when instrument in relation to bottom of tank is higher, suppressed is when instrument is lower... Used to set your URV and LRV)in relation to instrument(I call it setting the range)... Once this is done, if your actual outputs are above expected outputs and parallel throughout, this is suppressed zero... Thus, if actual outputs are less than expected outputs and parallel throughout five point check, this is elevated zero... It's either elevated or suppressed based on if expected is above or below actual...
