OEM Mean Original equipment manufacturer, for example If JSW STEEL purchased an Equipment from Wartsilla & after certain period of time its require any service & spare parts for particular equipment then wartsill will be called an oem for JSW for such type of Equpments.In definition, a company that uses a product made by another company in its own product and sells the product of the second company under its own brand is called OEM.
