How to transfer the modified role from development box to quality box?
1. Go to PFCG – enter role name or If you want to transfer the more than one role you will go to utilities and select mass transport – click on truck button - to get a popup window – than click on execute – than click on tick marks next two screens – coming to request screen click on new request button (sap sec people are not created request number basis people were created than you will take number before role transfer ) (Hear only you will be allotted two tasks 1 is request number purposes to say basis people, functional testing purposes inform to functional people) – enter short description – click on save - xxxxxxxxxxxxx – click on tick mark.
2. How to relies the transport request number.
Go to SE01 t-code to enter the Request number – click on display button.
Select number put the crosser on customizing task click on truck button.
Select number put the crosser on main task click on truck button.
These transport request will be released this number will be go to sit in to the buffer box.buffer box is nothing but our imaginary box like it's a virtual memory in development box.
3. How to pick the transport request number from buffer box to quality system.
a. Go to STMS t-code than click on import overview button. (Truck button).
b. Than you will systems in sequence Development system, Quality system, and Production system. Which system if you want to receive the request number to be double click on that system.
c. Than we will get this screen and do refresh to be select our request number to click on half truck (Import overview) button.
d. After click the import overview button you will get a one popup screen under the screen you will select the client and immediate transport button.
e. After selecting client to get a small confirmation window to you want to transfer the request click on yes button.
