Cause: A subpartition maintenance operation such as ALTER
TABLE MODIFY SUBPARTITION ADD|DROP VALUES or ALTER TABLE
DROP|SPLIT|MERGE SUBPARTITION can only be performed on List
subpartitioned objects

Action: Re-issue the command against a List subpartitoned
object.
