1.Verify ink is available or not
2.If ink is available,then pen does not write on a paper
3.Check by bending the refill that ends multiple times
4.Dip the pen always into a liquid and see whether how it is writing
5.check weather the pen is writing on leaves
5.check weather the pen is writing without a refill
