Cause: User specified VALUES LESS THAN clause when adding a
partition (via ALTER TABLE ADD PARTITION) to a Hash
partitioned table which is illegal
Action: Remove VALUES LESS THAN clause from the description
of partition being added
Please add more information about this Error
