what is difference between software tester and quality analyst, in fact can anyone tell me what is role and responsibility for software tester,quality analyst,software quality assurance tester,test engineer,test lead,Quality Assurance manager.

Ok, this is long one, I'll try my best to answer:
QA Tester: usually a junior position. Is in charge of manual testing, reporting and follows directions from a QA analyst or a QA lead (a senior QA tester).
QA Analyst: In charge of planning, analysis and control of QA resources; risks and costs. Test plan and test cases design.
QA Engineer: usually takes the responsibility of building and maintain a QA framework. With higher seniority comes the responsibility of making the QA framework or tool every time more and more user friendly for QA analysts and junior QA automation testers.
