What is mean concrete class c35/20. Here C35 and 20 means?

page 20, table-7.
we have two different cases here.for example for C35/20,
35 is characteristic strength or grade or crushing strength and 20 is aggregate size.
how ever, when u refer to BSEN 206,it says 35 is minimum characteristic cylinder strength and 20 is minimum characteristic cube strength.
