Finalization mean normally trading profit and loss a/c and balance sheet
It is two type
1: cash system (in completed finalization )
2: merchandise system ( cash system some schedules )

What I came to know is : earlier H form can be issued against central purchase only, but after intoduction of VAT, department issued notification regarding issuance of H form against LOCAL PURCHASE also.
