Welding is permenant faatening in the use for Material in SS,MS,CI etc. And Brejing use of Copper welding in to extra material filup

As per api 650 code for new ss tank fabrication,in bottom plate bulge is acceptable? How many bulge acceptable for api 650?
Hello Friends I had my ONGC test today,but it was very bad.But I would give certain suggestions so that u may not face he problem which i had.
