The following are totally 12 Key Flex Fields KFFs) being used in Oracle HCM, out of which 6 (01 to 06, indicated by(*)) are mandatory KFFs in Oracle EBS Human Resource Application.
01) Job (Core HR) (*)
02) Position (Core HR) (*)
03) Grade (Core HR) (*)
04) Competence (Core HR) (*)
05) People Group (Payroll) (*)
06) Cost Allocation (Payroll) (*)
07) Bank Details (Payroll)
08) Soft Coded (Core HR)
09) Personal Analysis (Core HR)
10) Collective Agreement Grades (Core HR)
11) Item Context (Core HR)
12) Training Resource (OLM)
