1+2+4=7 total of 1:2:4 , then dry volume of concrete is 1.52
so 1 cubic meter is 1*1.52=1.52
then 1.52*1/7=0.217 cu meter cement
30 bag in 1 cu meter cement
than 30*0.217=6.51 bags ,
than sand is 2*1.52/7 = 0.434 cu meter
than metal is 4*1.52/7 = 0.868 cu meter
