What is the different between of rtd and thermocouple ?

tc and rtd using temperature measurement. but rtd is high accuracy characteristics ,but low temperature measurement.thermocouple is high temperature measurement.

Why we are using DPT(Differential Pressure Transmitter) in separator instead of level trasmitter?
