Cause: The program [or user] specified a
modelCoordinateLocation that is not supported, or the
modelCoordinateLocation of the GeoRaster object was wrong.

Action: Set or specify the modelCoordinateLocation to be
CENTER (0) or UPPERLEFT (1).
