STP Capacity = Per capita water consumption X population X diversity factor.
Diversity Factor = 90 %
Per capita water consumption should be based on application or purpose of the premises:
1. School = 45L/day
2. Cinemas = 15 per seat
3. Factories = 50 L / day
4. Restaurants = 70 per seat
etc.
However consider overloading of 20% for absorbing over fluctuation.
