I have cleared technical,Hr round in Polaris on 30th April
2010 .The hr also told me that she will send me the offer
letter in a day.But i have not received offer letter yet.Why
is it getting delayed?Will i get this offer? Plz let me know

I have cleared all the rounds of interview at Polaris Hyderabad location on may 15th 2015, and still waiting for the offer letter, when ever i am asking the HR, he is saying like you will get in 1-2days. can i believe them?? i am loosing hope day by day. Please help me out if anyone is having any suggestions. Thanks

hi friends... this is priya.i had 1 year of experiance in manual testing from jan-dec 2011 in a reputed level 5 MNC and my CTC was 3.25LPA . recently i cleared 2 rounds of technical interviews and in few more days i will have hr interview in a CMMI level3 company... in hr interview they may ask about expected ctc.what i should answer for this question? i had more than a year gap, so what package i can expect? same CTC or some % of hike or as per the company norms?
