Answer will be:451 times.
min in an hour=60
min in 3/4of hour=60*3/4=45 min
1 min=60 sec.
45 min =60*45=2700 sec.
in first 6 sec. we see that light flashes 2 times and in 12 sec. it flashes 3 times respectively
so total no. of flashes = (2700/6)+1=451
