VCB= vaccum circuit breaker ...
Breaker disconnect power supply . like your fan an light switch . ON means fan , tv start working that is air circuit breaker ... But when you use high power circuit to disconnect like 11000 kV and 33000 ... The air gap between then is charged and supply might be get some voltage due to air electron get charged that is why we vaccum breaker vaccum.means you understand nothing between them that islive wire and other wire that is off... And above 132 kV u used SF6 circuit breaker
