hi iv got my i-20 planning for visa dis month..im basicaly from ece n my major in ms is engineering/industrial management.Plz suggest me sm appropriate answers regarding change of course
what will i say if they ask me.why don't you study in your home county instead of the US.
I passes my 12th in 2008 and for two years i was trying to get admission in the reputated university in india as my percentage wasnt high enought so i culdnt get it...in 2010 i went for my visa interview in USA embassy and i had every documents with me...she asked me what i have been dng for last 2 years i honestly said what i was doing...still she refused me the VISA saying tht i am not a credible student for USA...now i am planning to apply again...what if she asked the same question again...I am really worried guys plz help
hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much

I mr videsh reddy mandala.I had complete be in b/w july 2001/05.My home town is hyderabad.Actually the thing is I had applied for F1 visa in bombay on nov2006 and I was redirected to chennai.There in chennai I was rejected. Next I had applied in chennai on nov 2006 again I was rejected due to un able to explain about the projects.Now due to no dates in chennai I am applying to delhi 17nth of this month.Willl it be any problem regarding on this.....plz help me....
I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? hi this is raghu. my visa rejected in Chennai. and i have applied again in Hyderabad. but in Hyderabad i said my backlogs 5,in Chennai i said 7 which is my actual backlogs, but in Hyderabad again rejected again so what can i do?
