Misc. expenses are nothing but sundry expenses itself and they are expenses which can't be given a separate ledger account and are clubbed together under one heard "Misc. Expenses" umm you can read more about it here...

I have an S Corporation called Trend Foods Inc. I would like to make a division of that company that services computers and call that Trend Computer Service.
