Myself completed B.Tech ECE in private university but i am working as an testing and commissioning engineer in electrical field whether i am eligibility to apply electrical licence.

A lay man can also apply to electrical license,but he should have experience in 11kv transformer erections,or 11kv generator set erections,or doing operation and maintenance in 11kv substations.
