[1]it is microprocessor based controller with multiple
-digital i/o,-analog i/o,-timer,-counters,-memory flags,-data registers
arithmetical formulas....etc.[2]basic function is control critical electrical circuit very easy with less electrical wiring[3]PLC used in all type of automatic equipment,eg.Robotics[4]ladder diagram is one language to create programme in PLC.[5]reduce rejection in production,accuracy in products,less maintenance,less man power,easy maintanance.
