when a user of SAP system finds a bug in the system;user can forward the request to SAP; after recognizing the bug the Corrections are sent to the user in form of SAP Notes.
In case there are need of multiple corrections for several SAP users are needed then SAP corrects all those portions gathers in one place & releases as Support pack.
So SAP Support Pack is a collection of SAP NOTES
