The MIS report "its meance MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SERVICE
generally it is monthly to submit to the Head of the unit (Factory or 
Establishment) the report should reach to the concern head from 
all the department heads every month first week of the last month 
particulars. The HR department has also submit their report. In our
organisation we usually submiting the formate is as under.
