reserve- part of profit kept for use in future in business
fund- when the amount of reserve is invested outside the business in readily saleable Govt.securities/investment

These facility amount was never added to the company account. a. What is the entry? b. Lien over fixed deposit for 50,000 to be brought upfront c.
