Requirement Traceability Matrix: is a document that Maps requirements with Test cases so that it can be made sure that all the requirements have been met and tested and no functionality is missed while testing.
Traceability Matrix in general is any such document that maps or traces two baseline document to correlate them.
It is generally used to check that the current project requirements are met.
