Cause: The specified copy controlfile was found to be
corrupt or unreadable during an invocation of cfileUseCopy.

Action: Before retrying cfileUseCopy, use the ALTER DATABASE
BACKUP CONTROLFILE command and specify the same filename
that was specified for cfileUseCopy.
