pseudo is default order type assigend to del w.o.r in del doc
when ever we create delivery without order ref
we use default order type dl
along with doc type dl system determine item category as
dln system determines whether the item relavent delivery
and whethee item is relevant for billing
and system determine schedule line category as cp
system determine cp has movement type 601
