Project means collections of specific customers needs,analyzing the requirements,developing the application as per user needs and releasing the same to intended users for acceptance.
Example:-Developing banking application for a specific bank.
Product means release of evaluation copies for user acceptance ,release of new version based on product upgrade.
Example:-Tally.
