Hey guys UV range 200 to 400 nm and visible range is 400 to 600
so if we check uv absorption then its ok to say 400 but in the same spectrophotometer we also check 600 nm also for coloured solutionwe used 400 to 600 nm and clear solution is check at 200 to 400 nm
