Hi, few days back i attended an interview. Currently my
employment status is contract basis and interviewer didn't
ask me abt mode of employment and he is thinking that am
permanent employee in this organization and during the time
of joining how I would avoid this problem.

clear tell them working in so & so company under contract , you will not face any problem in future,once you join in new organisation you have to produce experience certificate,
