Validation is complete activity which is prove for its intend use for particular product and also prove the ruggedness of method. While method verification is partial activity of validated or pharmacopoeial method which is verify that method is suitable to do in your laboratory.

when we calibrate uv for control of wavelength we scan for 200 to 800 nm but we get the result only for some specific wavelength how we confirm for all other wavelength?
