In second Phase of Implementation project (AS -To Be), in this process Gaps may evolved, Gap may in kind of RICEF's
R - Reports
I - Interface
C - Conversion
E - Enhancement
F - Forms
For this GAP's we will prepare Functional Specification (FS), in this FS Business requirement will be developed, and we need to explain about business requirement, inputs for requirements and the impact also will explain clearly, means in the FS clearly documentation along with inputs for requirement will there.
Based on this FS ABAP'er will prepare TS (Technical Spec).
