ESI means :Employee state insurance
ALL EMPLOYEES ON A GROSS SALARY OF 15,000 OR LESS ARE COVERED UNDER THE ESI .
a)The employers share of contrubution is 4.75%of Gross salary and employees 1.75%OF The gross salary.
