After reading all the comments it seems like u all are in Military. i agreed that some points are to b noted. but gentlemen the way u comments shows your negative points we should not compare between diff departments it is not only for military if a bank manager gave some paper work to army colonel then he wont b able to do that paper work. like wise diff sector or department has a diff protocol. so every department has a good point s well s weak point. Example if we buy a tone of potatoes obviously there will b a some rotten potatoes. all the three forces that is De fence(Army,Navy,Air force,Coast guard), Paramilitary and Police r necessary in every country because they performed diff. work under diff protocols. The work which cannot performed by Army is being performed by Paramilitary same as the work which cannot performed by paramilitary is being performed by the police. jai hind.
