Tranmitter input supply in voltage 24vdc and output 4-20 is standard output signal and use for Transmitter health monitor.

how to calculate orifice sizing? and tell me if pipe size bet 50mm t0 200mm then we can use pipe flange??? and above 250mm pipe size should i use D & D/2 Flange? is it right or wrong?
In control valve proximity inductive sensor is taken as digital feedback for full open and full close.Normally its volts 24v when the sensor acts the feed back voltage 14v so that our relay not indicating in plc panel . kindly give the solution.
