WHAT IS THE REASON,WE USED THREE CORE CABLE INSTEAD OF THREE SINGLE CORE CABLE.

we use three core cable because generally for transmission line we are thinking about the current carrying capacity of conductor,tensile strength of conductor and according to voltage level which have to transmit through transmission line are the factors which are affecting on the conductor so considering all those factors we used three core cable instead of three single core cable................

I want to put this query to SENIOR & EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS. 1)I want to know about the control circuit diagrams for control panels. I found it difficult to understand. Is there ant booklet through which we can learn the circuit diagrams? 2)I want to learn about conduiting, laying cables, preparing cable schedules and various techniques which is the part of building infrastucture(construction field). I don't have any experience in this area. How do i perform grounding of star point of Genset (400V) for making connection with step up transformer of DELTA-DELTA (400V to 20KV) ? while Genset itself has its own neutral and grounding bus bar inside genset breaker box whereas we have another neutral and grounding busbar in synchronizing panel next to genset at maximum distance of 6meter, would someone pls advice if we can only perform neutral grounding in synchronizing panel or should we ground neutral on both places inside genset breaker box and synchronizing panel.
