Its only pepsu appropriation bill which withheld (absolute veto) by Dr.rajrndra prasad in 1954.Hence that's only case of absolute veto from above list. The other was by president RVenkataramn when he withheld the MP salary bill passes by loksabha on last day of loksabha without obtaining prior recommendation of the president. The money bill can only be passes with prior recommendation of president.
