hi i have a problem plz help me.
my husband went to USA 4 years back, now he is rejecting now
a days he is not calling me, my parents r in deep
depression,am not getting what action i have to take, now i
want to teach a lesion to him, when he is going to USA he
take fake bank statements and fake experience letters, i
have all the documents with me, as a indian wife i support
in all the directions when he is going to USA, still now am
waiting for him plz give me some phone numbers and email
id's to give complaint

firstly you try to contact him ... and put him a question why he doing like this ....
is he like any body else in USA or wanna to give you divorse .....or you want to come back to india .... if still he not responding you... you take a stirict action against him in a court ... try to punish him bad ..... otherwise you jst give him divorse and run your life on you own rules....

Hi I am Paranita, I am holding H1B visa from 15-Jan-2012 and valid for next 3 years. I have applied the visa through my a MNC from india and they commited to send me with in few days after visa approved but it is already 6 months still nothing has been materialised and no idea when there will be any USA travel processing. My question, is it advisable to leave the company and change a new one in india, and again whether the visa will valid if i will change the company and in future if i will get any project to work from USA with this visa.
