Is there any difference in principal of reverse phase and
normal phase chromatography? and why?

Chromatography consists single principle. that is
separation technique. in the chromatography two phases are
there.
1) Reverse phase(separation with polar mobile phase)
2) Normal phase(separation with non polar mobile phase)
there is no difference in the principle of mechanism of
chromatography. only difference in the phase, what we
selected for the separation of components.
