adsorption when the mixture of component dissolve in the
mobile phase they treval according to the relative affinity
towards the stationary phase the compound which has more
affinity towards the stationary phase travel slower and
elute later and the component which has laser affinity
towards the stationary phase travel faster and elute
first .no two compnents same affinity towards the
stationary phase for combination mobile phase stationary
phase and other condition.
