thermal power plants in steam using inlet of turbine.inlet
of turbine pressure and flow is same as boiler feedpump why
not use direct to turbine?
Answer Posted / chanchal rajput
Because at that pressure steam has a energy in the form of
temperature and in turbine it expand ,in expansion we get
work in form of rotating energy, but at the same pressure
water has no heat energy so it can not expand in turbine
means no work output.
