ground wire is where you connect diff equipment to control their potential diff at one level.this applicable to only body parts only. like a generator where engine , alternator , radiator connect with a wire to control their potential generating due to rotetion of generating set.
and eath wire is the wire which connect between body to earth point of earth pit to control potential of equipment.
this point also imp. to human and machine safety
