Hi,

I am Surendra working in MNC as an SAP Consultant. I want
to introduce one of the best faculty at Moosapet,
Hyderabad. He is a realtime SAP FICO Consultant working for
MNC Company as a Team Leader for last 8 years of his
experience in Support, Rollout and End to End
Implementation projects about both in domestic and
international. My friends are from I Logic, Vicentric,
Compulearn, Reliance and so on. The knowledge they give to
the students in generally basic things and students are
going to struggle a lot while trying for a placement. They
never give us a project, never teach us RICEFs, Never
speack about the detailed activities of a consultant where
he performs at implementation project i.e. Kick-off,
Demonstrations, AS IS Preparation, TO BE Preparation,
Configuration, SIT, POC, GAP Analysis, DM, EUM,Test
Scripts, Defects, UAT, GOLIVE, PIS and so on, which all are
very very important to get on board. Each and every faculty
must teach all these activities. But in generally all the
faculties are have been teaching only configuration only,
they are from either Ameerpet or America, online or
offline.
I am requesting all the students to reach Venkat (+91 90141
94721, Moosapet, Hyderabad)dedicately giving councelling
for ALL SAPIENTS for FREE, how to learn and how to prepare.
He teaches to his students on the following synopsis
conceptually (And each and every student get assurence from
both faculty and teaching insitute about the following):
1. The faculty must be realtime.
2. Faculty should not teach more than 5 members.
3. The tenure should not be 4 to 9 months.
4. Faculty should be with students in laboratory as well.
5. Faculty should provide knowledge of all kind of project
documentation.
6. Should give knowledge about cross functional and End to
End Scenarios.
7. Should give knowledge about all accounting entries i.e.
Financial Accounting, Material Accounting and Asset
Accounting.
8. Should be flexible in taking personnel interest on poor
students.
9. Should give knowledge about error management, i.e. how a
real time consultant will fix the problems pertaining to
functional and technical.
10. Should teach how the SAP Testing scripts are tested in
real time SAP Testing tool.
11. How to give demo to the client at client place as part
of SAP Implementation.
12. How would be the Application Life Cycle Management
would work.
Generally, no faculty should teach all the above but I do
teach to all my students. The above 12 points are very
important for all SAP FICO Students. There are a lot of
teaching institutes are completing with out focusing on the
above 12 points, this may be due to commercial mind or
cumbersome activity to perform 100 percentage. There are
very few members known about Venkat and he will teach to a
team / batch only 4 members. His methodology of SAP
teaching is one time learning. There are real time
consultants are joining with him for their grey areas. SAP
Learning completed students are re-learning from him for
second time and this second time is definetely for last
