Example:Let us assume, if a item lying in the ground and it
is weighing 5kg, then you required engergy to lift the same
is more than 5kg (ie 6kg), this is real energy and the what
ever the energy your applying to lift that material it is
apparant power. Because as like machines , humans are also
having some losses. which energy generated cannot be
utilzed 100% due to losses. That is why always PF less than
one ( PF = apparant power/real power = 5/6=0.833 ). The
reactive power is the energy which is lossed during that
work.
