This point makes the faster wait for the slower user....so that all the user will perform a particular action simultaneously
Example:-Gmail application
All users access at time so users can enter the inbox in different times
like user1--2sec
user2--5sec
user3--9sec etc
To take the point and compare the actual and expected result
