HPLC - Based on wavelength, compound will be identified and quantified. Here all the compounds including excipient and solvents will be detected based on wavelength.
LC-MS/MS- Based on molecular weight , compuond will be identified and quantified. Other interfernce not detected. (If not same M.Wt)
